A weekly group exercise class called Super Bones focuses on exercises which improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and body awareness.
Classes resume on 1-8-18.
Monday: 9:00 - 10:00 AM (Level II)**
Wednesday: 4:00 - 5:00 PM
(for "mostly" men only) (Level I-II)
Wednesday: 5:30 - 6:30 PM (Level I)*
Thursday: 9:00 - 10:00 AM (Level II)**
Thursday: 10:30 - 11:30 AM (Level I)*
Thursday: 1:00 - 2:00 PM (Level II)**
Thursday: 6:30 - 7:30 PM (Level I-II)
*Level I: Participants are encouraged to progress at their own pace.
**Level II: A faster paced class that includes more challenging exercises.
Cost: $99.00 for eight classes or $15.00 walk-ins.
There is a one-time $10.00 equipment fee.
Pre-Registration is strictly required.
