  • Joanne's Super Bones program is truly excellent.  Her emphasis on posture and form, and her attention to each person's physical response is critically important, both as a safety measure and as part of the learning process.  I appreciate the way she includes exercises that strengthen the bones that are most vulnerable to fracture.  Also, Joanne's openness to questions gives a strong sense of participation to all.
